After starting my career conducting group classes and private lessons through a major pet care chain for three years, I ventured out on my own to open Dog’s Play and Training Center in 1999. For seventeen years, I cared for thousands of dogs at my facility which offered training, daycare, boarding and grooming. In 2016, I sold Dog’s Play and opened Just Rewards Dog Training. This new venture allowed me the opportunity to concentrate solely on helping dogs and their owners with their training needs.

After completing grooming school, I joined Dog’s Play in 2006. Owning a daycare and boarding facility was a great opportunity to learn so much about dog behavior. I have also completed the foundations course with the Karen Pryor Academy. This academy is the hallmark of positive, force free training instruction. I look forward to continuing my education with those who promote humane and modern training methods.
